We help patients get out of pain and back to doing what they love—training, parenting, working, competing, and living with confidence. We're hiring a Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant / Medical Administrator who brings a wellness-minded, high-energy, professional presence to our front desk—someone who loves people, thrives in motion, and takes pride in doing things accurately. If you value health, movement, and positive energy and you're detail-oriented and systems-driven, you'll fit right in.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You're the first impression and the steady "engine" of the clinic day. Deliver excellent patient experience (phone + in-person): warm, confident, professional Schedule accurately and efficiently in a busy environment (multiple providers, visit types, clinic flow) High-volume data entry with an accuracy-first mindset (patient info, appointment details, notes) Support clinic administrative workflows (forms, communication, organization, follow-ups) Insurance experience is a plus (benefits verification, documenting coverage, collecting copays/balances as needed) Keep the front desk flowing: check-in/check-out, patient questions, team coordination Contribute to a positive, movement-forward culture—helping patients feel encouraged and cared for

Must-Haves Detail-oriented and accurate: you notice small errors before they become big problems Comfortable with computers and data entry throughout the day Excellent customer service: friendly, calm, and professional under pressure Strong phone skills: clear communication and confident call control Able to multitask without sacrificing accuracy Team player: reliable, coachable, and supportive Big Plus Chiropractic / PT / rehab / medical / dental front desk experience Insurance verification or billing familiarity High-volume scheduling experience

HIRING PROCESS
To support long-term success and protect patient experience, this role begins with a paid introductory working interview / evaluation period (14-21 days) with structured training and feedback.
