Job Description

Administrative Assistant Knife River Northwest United States, Washington, Otis Orchards-East Farms 7721 North Idaho Road (Show on map) Jun 03, 2026 Description Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Office reception, phones, customer service.
  • Ensure the office is clean and organized.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Job costing Kronos timesheets.
  • Updating tracking tools.
  • Resolving timecard discrepancies.
  • Coordination with vendors.
  • Plan and execute plantwide luncheons and other events as needed.
  • Scan and send documents as needed.
  • Print and distribute documents as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to all departments.
  • Various special assignments as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Thorough knowledge of standard administrative functions and equipment.
  • Strong computer skills including experience using Microsoft products.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties and work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow process.
  • Integrity, professionalism, discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
  • Dependability, punctuality & solid attendance.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record.
