If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.
Summary:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders across the organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day business execution while managing competing priorities with professionalism and discretion. This role demands a proactive, solutions-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative setting and takes pride in enabling leaders and their teams to operate at peak efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage complex, high-volume calendars for senior leaders, including scheduling across multiple time zones and coordinating logistics for meetings and events Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process business expense reports accurately and in a timely manner Support key business operations including headcount tracking, recruiting coordination, onboarding and offboarding, space management, and event planning Manage procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders including facilities, HR, and administrative teams to ensure efficient workflows and consistent team experiences Prepare and manage documents, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of leadership Support department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism Proactively anticipate team needs and identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance team effectiveness Complete special projects as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 or more years of experience managing high-volume, fast-paced calendars and coordinating logistics for meetings and events Minimum of 2 or more years of hands-on experience using productivity and collaboration tools in a professional corporate environment Minimum of 2 or more years of experience supporting senior leaders or teams with travel coordination, expense management, document preparation, and general operational support Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional teams and serving as a central point of contact for organizational stakeholders Prior experience in a corporate environment supporting multiple levels of management, including external business partners, is strongly preferred Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred Complex calendar management and meeting coordination across multiple time zones Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools within a professional corporate environment Experience with travel coordination, expense management, and document preparation Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management Vendor relationship management and procurement support
