Administrative Office Manager Summary:
The Delivery/Service Administrative Assistant will be responsible for guaranteeing customer satisfaction by handling complaints, processing orders, answering questions and guiding products deliveries. The Delivery/Service Administrative Assistant will possess great interpersonal and customer service skills, demonstrate professionalism and reliability. Additional skills will include communication as well as the ability to efficiently utilize computers and related programs.Responsibilities:
The essential duties for this position include but are not limited to: Demonstrates a positive attitude towards customers. Operates multiline phone system to answer, screen, or forward calls, provide information or take messages. Answers telephones and any other correspondence such as emails in a courteous manner. Utilizes radio to communicate to warehouse staff on coordinating customer order pick-ups and other daily tasks. Performs administrative support tasks, such as operating computers to work with payment records, customer invoices and other documents. Transmit information or documents to customers, using computers and physical mail. Listen to customers' questions and concerns. Assess the services needs of customers and connect them to the right individual or department. Follows up with customers as needed to ensure they are satisfied with their service and purchase. Collaborates with supervisors and other departments on difficult tasks or customer needs. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Facilitate customer requests for pricing, quotes, orders, purchases, and deliveries. Process orders, payments, returns, exchanges, and discounts. Determine solutions to resolve customer issues or questions. Records details of customer contacts, orders, accounts, and issues. Follows company processes for documenting all customer transactions and questions. Committed to following our company mission and vision. Consistently on time to work schedules and shifts. Knows company policies and procedures. Attends training sessions and department meetings.Education:
None.Experience:
Demonstrated experience and ability to successfully perform customer service representative responsibilities is a plus.Physical Requirements:
