Role Purpose:
To act as the "bridge" between the technical teams and the administrative/financial side of the business. Your Responsibilities as a
Project Support Specialist/Office Administrator:
Project SupportResponsibilities Take initiative in learning project coordinationand project support tasks. Prepare and support project-related administrative tasks. Assembleand produce project documents (electronic and hard copies). Sample management -data entryincluding database management. Organize andmaintainfieldequipment room. Assistin tracking project timelinesanddeliverables to help ensure on-time completion. Maintainaccuraterecords, files, and project data in internal systems and shared platforms. Familiarity with contracts toreview foraccuracy, consistency, and formatting. Office Administrator Responsibilities Have aprofessional, enthusiastic, organized, and communicativepresencewith office visitors and staff. Manage officemail, deliveries,supplies,and kitcheninventory. Maintain cleanliness in shared officespaces andcoordinate office maintenance promptly withofficemanager. Organize, plan, and leadoffice eventsto promote comradery andcoordinate with other offices for company events. Coordinate with office Green Team regardingoffice initiatives and creativeGreen Teamopportunities. Support communicationtohelp coordinate activities, equipment,and resources across departments. Identifyopportunities to improve administrative processes and project documentation workflows. What we're looking for: Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience. Experience performing GL accounting and financial reporting Highly organized and strong attention to detail-Independent thinker/self-motivated High degree of professionalism. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient with MS Office/Excel (PowerPoint is a plus) Familiarity with one or more accounting operating systems.
