Job Description

Here's what you'll be doing: Performs a wide variety of clerical support; composes and edit memos, letters, and email correspondence. Serves as the Division's primary administrative and operational liaison with internal and external department/agencies; monitors and maintains Division schedules. Arranges meetings, events, conferences and various other appointments. Demonstrates knowledge of Division programs, operational structure, policies and procedures to assist employees and candidates. Tracks flow of documents through department(s) including Executive levels Assists with the development and tracking of contracts; prepares legal requests. Assists in research, report generation, process identification and policy development. Monitors, reconciles, and assists with fiscal administration for the department, including but not limited to budgets, funding, grants, contracts, payroll, employment, travel, and/or purchasing; may assist with fiscal planning, including participating in seeking alternate sources of funding. Provides and/or oversees support activities such as assisting and resolving problems and inquiries of visitors, review and control of incoming and outgoing correspondence, and follow-up on operational commitments. Here's what you'll need to be successful: High School Diploma and 10 years of administrative experience
  • OR•Associate's Degree and 6 years of administrative experience•OR•Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of administrative experience Must successfully pass all applicable background checks and drug screens
