Position Summary The Hospitality Administrative Assistant supports the Sales and Events team by assisting with event coordination, administrative tasks, vendor communication, and operational support. This role helps ensure events are organized efficiently, client information is accurate, and day-to-day hospitality operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, professional, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist the Sales and Events team with creating and updating event orders and event details Log and track client payments accurately and maintain organized records Provide administrative support for event planning and execution Assist with small event setup, coordination, and operational duties as needed Communicate with vendors independently to confirm services, deliveries, and event details Maintain accurate event files, schedules, and internal documents Support client communication by answering questions and relaying information to the appropriate team members Help coordinate event logistics and timelines to ensure smooth operations Assist with general office and hospitality duties as assigned Provide support to other departments and team members as needed Qualifications Previous administrative, hospitality, catering, or event experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar systems Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally Ability to assist with light event setup and operational tasks as needed Schedule & Work Environment Flexible schedule based on business and event needs May include evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on events and operational demands
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
