Job Description

Truity Partners is supporting a growing firm in Pewaukee, WI with their search for a Contract & Project Administrator. This is a career position, with our client considering both temp-to-hire (preferred) and direct hire candidates for this opening. The role is 100% onsite, with a first-shift Monday through Friday schedule. Compensation is estimated at $29.00 - $33.00 per hour, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate bid documents, contracts, bonds, and insurance requirements Maintain contract and project documentation Track compliance requirements, licensing, and deadlines Communicate with project managers, municipalities, and external partners Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience in contract administration, project coordination, construction administration, legal support, or related administrative work Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment Professional communication skills with both internal teams and external partners Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including
Outlook, Word, and Excel Pay:
$29.00 - $33.00 per hour
