Martini@rusd.org Phone 262-631-7020 Position Details Position Start Date As soon as possible Appointment Type Temporary Description Key Responsibilities 1. Purchasing & Financial Support Process and track purchase requisitions for Tech Ed, Health Services, and other Academy pathways. Monitor department budgets and assist with reconciling minor overages and fund transfers. Maintain accurate records of receipts, invoices, and packing slips for audit compliance. Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes and track delivery timelines for specialized equipment. 2. Transportation Coordination Schedule and coordinate busing for Academy field trips, externships, and student competitions. 3. Data Entry & Program Tracking Enter and maintain student records in the Youth Apprenticeship database. 4. General Office Support Assist in the preparation of flyers, invitations, and digital communications for employer events. Manage sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality (specifically regarding student personal data and employer records). Provide a professional "front face" for the office when interacting with students, staff, and community partners.
Qualifications & Skills Organizational Expert:
Ability to juggle multiple deadlines, from bus schedules to budget cycles, without breaking a sweat.
Technical Proficiency:
