We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator located in Stevens Point, WI.
How you will contribute:
As a Service Coordinator, you will need to display exceptional customer service skills while interacting with Ahern's customers, taking emergency service calls that need to be addressed in a timely manner, providing main dispatch duties as well as scheduling technicians daily for service inspections and preventative maintenance. You will exhibit strong attention to detail while coordinating part ordering, issuing purchase orders, and assisting customers with invoicing/billing questions. You will be responsible for maintaining customer database information, generating weekly and monthly reports, and providing support to technicians and field supervisors while maintaining a positive relationship with office and field staff in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
What you need to qualify:
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter and have excellent decision-making, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills, in addition to the ability to handle multiple tasks and be able to work well independently as well as with a team. One to three years of prior experience in a service-related position, an associate degree in a related field is a plus and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required. If you are ready to demonstrate this expertise, Ahern wants you!
