Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized Office Assistant to help with daily office operations and customer service. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay organized, and is comfortable learning new systems and processes. Our office is consistently changing and improving, so the ideal candidate should be adaptable, willing to learn, and able to handle a variety of tasks throughout the day.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phone calls and directing customers appropriately Gathering and documenting customer information accurately Scheduling appointments and helping customers connect with the right person Assisting with general secretarial and administrative work Ordering supplies and helping maintain the office Filing, scanning, and organizing documents Helping with day-to-day office tasks as needed Opportunity to grow with the office, including the option to pursue insurance licensing if interested.
Ideal candidate should have:
Good computer skills and willingness to learn new systems Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette Good attention to detail and respect for customer privacy Ability to stay organized while switching between tasks Flexibility and adaptability as office needs change Prior office, customer service, or insurance experience is helpful, but not required Important fit for this role: Because we work with private customer information, the ideal candidate must be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality. Insurance experience is not required. We are happy to train the right person.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
