Job Description

Kickapoo Roofing is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Office Assistant to join our growing team. This position plays an important role in supporting daily office operations and helping provide excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist walk-in customers Enter and maintain customer information in our CRM system Update job records and company files Process paperwork and maintain organized files Support various administrative and office-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Strong personable, professional, and friendly communication and customer service skills Excellent computer proficiency and ability to learn new software Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not required
