Job Description

Appalachian Community Health Center is looking to fill a full-time position for a Service Coordinator at our Upshur County office in Buckhannon, WV. This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a human services field, though non-traditional bachelor degrees may be considered. Service Coordination is an excellent opportunity to gain vital experience in the behavioral health field. A Service Coordinator provides services such as linking, referrals, advocacy, and participating in the treatment plan process to consumers of all ages with mental and behavioral health needs. You will have the opportunity to work closely with and learn from other staff at various levels to ensure the Center's consumers' needs are being met with consistency and compassion. On-site training for the position as well as other required training is provided by the Center. A background check is required.
