Job Description

Job Description We are looking for an office secretary to work the Sophia office. The job will require you to work the office by helping to take customers, work registers, work online payment portals, answer phone calls, fill out service applications, do deposits, complete work orders, preform recaps and reports, help the Mullens office when necessary, make runs to the bank, post office, and get supplies, as well as cover for an office if a person is to not be there. Please turn in a resume to Miss Rachael at the Sophia and Mullens office location.
Secretary Requirements:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Excellent computer literacy. Excellent math Skills Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills. Excellent time management skills. Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying. Prior experience in administration would be advantageous.
