Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and communication skills, while providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office/fieldwork. A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask are key to succeeding in this position. Responsibilities Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and providing excellent phone etiquette. Maintain filing systems to ensure easy access to documents. Assist with payroll. Assist with monthly client invoices. Complete credit card reconciliation. Schedule travel accommodations for employee field deployments. Collaborate with team members on other administrative projects. Skills/Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). High School diploma or GED. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Demonstrated customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Possess a positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and build strong working relationships with clients and coworkers. Ability to adapt to changing workload and able to respond to new information quickly. Ability to complete multiple tasks timely and accurately. Excellent telephone etiquette. Experience working with confidential information. Quickbooks or payroll background. Wage and benefits are dependent on experience.
