Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have a background in office management or administrative support. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks. The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing front desk operations. Duties Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy. Answer and direct incoming calls. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining an orderly office environment. Utilize Google Workspace for various administrative tasks including typing, proofreading, and calendar management. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and assist in special projects as required. Package and ship product. Requirements Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while demonstrating effective time management. Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing support to both internal teams and external clients.
