This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical aptitude who wants to build a long-term career in IT support and office technology. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair computers and workstations Provide remote and on-site Help Desk support Diagnose and repair printers and copiers Configure workstations, peripherals, and network devices Deliver professional on-site customer service We provide specialized training on printer and copier repair, but applicants should already have a solid foundation in computers and enjoy solving technical and mechanical problems. Qualifications Experience troubleshooting computer hardware or software Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Technical coursework, certifications, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance Ability to lift and move equipment up to 60 lbs. Preferred Experience PC repair or IT support A+, Network+, Google IT, or similar certifications Electronics or mechanical repair Customer-facing technical support This is not a general retail or customer service position. It is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys diagnosing problems, working with technology, and developing specialized skills in both IT and office equipment service. We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology, mechanically inclined, and eager to build a career in the IT and office technology industry. Candidates selected for interviews should be prepared to discuss their technical experience, troubleshooting skills, and problem-solving abilities.
