Job Description

Under the direction and supervision of the Branch Office Property Manager and General Manager, provides administrative support at administrative office. Duties may include, but are not limited to Check answering service for messages, as needed. Take phones off service. Open office. Back up for phones Check emails throughout the day Check phone messages, return calls Weekly report to Office Manager Schedule & complete move-in & move-out inspections, as needed Complete security deposit dispositions on move-outs Enter rent payments into Peak Group deposits, prepare deposits for bank Schedule property showings, inspections & other appointments Schedule & complete all work orders for move-outs If any work orders are scheduled, verify they are complete & entered in Peak Place advertisements for all properties Complete check requests for advertisements Maintain on-call list; update annually Handle all files requiring collection referral Purge files & keys annually Code bills as needed Inspection of occupied homes for owners Forward information to accounting regarding close outs Create new Owner Contracts Qualifications and Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM Familiarity with Property Management business process Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently Strong oral and written communication skills Professional appearance Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook Ability to learn Peak & other software programs quickly Ability to operate a variety of office equipment, including a computer, printers, fax, scan Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $28.00 Per Hour
