Administrative EB Groton Shipyard Overview The position is for a Project Control Tech Aide responsible for preparing test documentation for use in accomplishing inspections and shipboard testing of submarine systems and equipment. Responsibilities for this position are expected to include, but not limited to the following: Input Test forms in Interactive Test Procedures (ITP) for COLUMBIA and
VIRGINIA
Entering Data into DOORS to support the upkeep of the COLUMBIA and
VIRGINIA
Non-Propulsion Test Index (NPTI) Finalize transmittals and letters, including electronic and hard-copy distribution Maintain security access to produce Test Procedures in the Classified room (CCN) Develop and Maintain Test Development Department Instructions Maintain network files and permissions for D460 Test Development Administrator for the Commitment Database for Category 1 test forms Assist D460 Engineering with processing Comprehensive Problem Reports (CPR's) Responsibilities Motivated Self-Starter Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment Well-developed organizational, interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under stressful situations
Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or GED 3 years of professional, related experience SECRET Clearance Proficient Microsoft Office skills
Preferred:
5+ years of professional, related experience Experience working with SUPSHIP and
NAVSEA ITP
knowledge Experience with DOORs application skills Experience with working in ITP
