Google Chrome, Safari Description Provides basic clerical and administrative support for the Division of Plastic Surgery and Neurosurgery and Department of Surgery by assisting with office duties, answering and routing calls, filing records, processing mail, scheduling meetings, and supporting routine office operations as assigned.
Multiple Divisions:
Plastic Surgery Neurosurgery •This position is ON SITE only• Examples of Duties 1. Greets visitors, answers telephone, and relays calls and messages to appropriate staff members; initiates calls to obtain specific information requested by others; 2. Receives, sorts, opens and distributes incoming mail/packages and prepares outgoing mail 3. Proofreads documents and corrects errors 4. Schedules appointments/meetings when time, place, and participants are specified; 5. Assists in the facilitation of meetings and events 6. Makes basic travel arrangements as requested 7. Creates, updates, revises and retrieves records and files within an established filing system, which include confidential materials 8. Issues office supplies, maintains records of supplies/inventory 9. Assists in the preparation of simple financial paperwork 10. Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications Credentials to be Verified by Placement Officer High school graduation or equivalent.
