Job Description

Job Requirements Sweetwater, the nation's #1 online retailer of pro audio equipment and music instruments is seeking to hire a Guitar Handler to add to our growing Guitar Gallery team. We make sure that shopping for a guitar or bass on our website is as exciting and reassuring as it is in person. That's why we go to great lengths to carefully inspect every stringed instrument we sell priced above $399. As a Guitar Handler, you will be a part of taking pride in the details of making a guitar purchase a better customer experience. Whether you're un-boxing, inspecting, tuning, polishing, helping photography or professionally repackaging them, you will help ensure our customers are happy with their new instrument. The Guitar Handler role is the starting position of our guitar training career path to eventually work your way into other Guitar Technician roles, such as Tech I (Tune & Polishing Tech), Tech II (Inspection Tech), Returns Tech, Tech III (Support Tech) and beyond. This is a full-time position with overtime opportunities and would require working on-site at our beautiful campus in Fort Wayne, IN.
Shift :
2:30PM to 11:00PM Monday through Friday.
Pay:
$15.50hr
Qualifications:
Upbeat /Positive Attitude Dependable / Reliable Transportation Coachable 1 or more years of Guitar or bass playing and basic maintenance (tuning / polishing/ stringing) experience desired. A passion for stringed instruments. High level of attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
