  • Temporary Opportunity Schedule:
    Part-Time/Days; approximately 30 hours per week available Monday
  • Friday between 8:30 AM
  • 5:00 PM.
Pay Rate:
$21.00/hr.
Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to support a local financial institution in Caribou. This temporary assignment is expected to last approximately 3-4 months and will offer part-time hours averaging around 30 hours per week. Excellent opportunity to gain office experience in a professional banking environment while supporting an established local business. The Office Clerk will assist with a variety of administrative and organizational tasks to help maintain accurate and efficient department records. Primary responsibilities will include filing, scanning, organizing documents, and supporting day-to-day office operations as needed. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and comfortable working with confidential information in a fast-paced office setting.
Responsibilities:
File, scan, and organize loan applications and customer documents. Maintain accurate and orderly paper and electronic records. Assist with document preparation and data organization projects. Retrieve and distribute files and paperwork as requested by department staff. Perform basic clerical duties such as copying, sorting, and assembling documents. Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Follow company procedures for handling confidential information and records. Assist office staff with additional administrative tasks as requested.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent education required. Previous administrative, clerical, or office experience helpful, but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate standard office equipment. Ability to handle confidential information professionally and responsibly. Good communication and teamwork skills.
