We are growing quickly and we are looking for a dedicated Assistant Chimney Technician to join our team part-time. In this role, you will assist our Head Technician in maintaining and repairing heating and venting systems for our clients. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn about the industry with plenty of room for career growth. The ideal candidate will eventually move into full time, with opportunities for paid industry certifications and out-of-state training through CSIA (Chimney Safety Institute of America).

• Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Technician in performing thorough inspections of chimneys and fireplaces.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment under the guidance of the Head Technician.
• Aid in identifying and reporting chimney damage, leaks, or safety concerns.
• Educate customers on proper chimney maintenance and safety practices as necessary.
• Complete service reports and help maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Follow company standards for professionalism, quality, and customer service.

• Requirements:

• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail with a keen ability to detect potential issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a background check.
• Maintain excellent personal hygiene to ensure a professional appearance and a positive customer experience.
