Job Description
Countryside Stove & Chimney in Holland and Allways Warm Stove & Chimney in Lockport, are the premier fireplace, stove and hearth retailers in Western New York for over 37 years, currently has open positions for Installers, Service Technicians and Sales. Do to our consistent growth, we are seeking hard working individuals to fill positions in our Sale, Installation and Service Departments. Year round Full-Time work with benefits are available to our dedicated employees. Successful candidates must be dependable, possess superior customer service, organizational and problem solving skills, and can work with minimum supervision. Time management, a strong work ethic and the ability to read and follow instructions and local codes is strongly desired. Installers work as a team to install wood, gas, pellet, and electric units as well as do any finishing work such as stone work, tile work, as well as running electric and gas lines. Service technicians work independently on tight schedules to do service and cleanings on gas, wood, pellet and electric units. These positions will require working on roofs, ladders and at various heights. Sales representatives are the first point of contact for our customers. Sales staff work the store hours helping customers find the right products for their home. We are looking for friendly, hardworking individuals who are willing to learn all about our products in order to help customers with service and installation questions as well as sell products necessary for their fireplace.
