8AM - 5PM Saturday and Sunday About Us Riggin Flight Service is a leading aviation training center dedicated to preparing the next generation of pilots. In addition to flight training, the organization supports testing operations through a nationwide testing provider. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to support weekend office and testing operations. Position Summary The Office Assistant provides front-line administrative and operational support during weekend hours. This role focuses on customer service, routine administrative tasks, and supporting testing activities under established procedures. The position works closely with the Office Manager and escalates issues as needed. What You'll Do Provide front-desk support for students, test-takers, and visitors during weekend operations. Support testing activities by monitoring testing rooms, following established procedures, and maintaining a professional testing environment. Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, record updates, and document handling. Accept payments and assist with routine account inquiries; escalate complex issues to the Office Manager. Maintain office and testing areas, including light organization of supplies and basic equipment checks. Deliver courteous, professional service and represent the organization positively at all times. What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures. Basic computer proficiency and comfort working in an office environment. Ability to work independently during scheduled weekend hours. Must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a background check. Why Join Us Hourly pay of $15 - $18, based on experience.
