This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment. You will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks across office spaces, ensuring all areas meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your efforts directly contribute to a positive workplace experience for staff and visitors alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of office spaces, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards Maintain floor care by buffing, stripping, waxing, and applying protective finishes as needed Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability Conduct routine inspections to identify areas requiring attention or maintenance issues that need reporting Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to ensure a safe working environment Assist with light custodial tasks related to facilities maintenance or minor repairs when necessary Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings is preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, and waxing Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently Ability to follow safety procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts Join us in creating a clean, healthy environment where everyone feels comfortable and productive.
