Job Description

Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly motivated individual to work with the mailroom operations team in San Jose, California. You will be meet all mail trucks and unload all parcels and packages, after scanning them in you will sort and stack the mail in the mailroom. This will be based off an internal ticketing system. You will use great customer service skills to help all customers find their packages and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. You will be processing incoming and outgoing mail that can range from a letter to freight. You will be required to troubleshoot any mail issues, and work with data entry systems for tracking. A successful member of the team will have experience in customer service and have a "get it done" attitude.
