Reject Decisioning:

• Pull rejected transactions using reports and audit trails; perform sorting and decision-making on complex items. +

• Mail Extraction & Scanning:

• Operate high-speed equipment including I-Tran, IMBL, and OPEX (30, 40, 50/51, 150 Falcon) for mail extraction. +

• Complex Processing:

• Manage medium to high complexity client sorting based on specific processing instructions. +

• Performance Standards:

• Maintain consistent accuracy and output in accordance with established department benchmarks. +

• Collaboration:

• Assist with team training as needed and work effectively with both independent tasks and group goals.
• Qualifications

• Basic Requirements:

• + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. + Must be 18 years of age or older. + Strong computer literacy and the ability to make quick, informed decisions. + Ability to lift up to
• 25 lbs
• and stand for long periods. + Excellent interpersonal skills and a "team player" mentality.

• Preferred Requirements:

• + At least
• 1 year
• of experience in a similar processing or warehouse/clerical environment. + Experience in a deadline-oriented setting.
