This position has a fixed rate of $18.58/hour
Type:
Full-time;
Contract Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm HB Staffing is seeking a Mail Processor to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Collect outgoing and incoming mail from designated County locations Sort mail by department, destination, and priority level Process incoming and outgoing mail in accordance with established procedures Operate mailing equipment, including postage machines, to apply correct postage to letters and packages Ensure proper handling of confidential and sensitive mail items Maintain accuracy and efficiency in all mail handling tasks Report equipment issues or discrepancies in mail processing as needed
Position Requirements:
Ability to follow detailed procedures and instructions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic knowledge of mailing equipment and processes Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Excellent organizational skills
