Mail Clerk

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Mailroom Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will speak Portuguese, English and will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensuring the smooth functioning of the mail room. Responsibilities

• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Prepare outgoing mail for delivery
• Operate postage machines and other mailroom equipment
• Maintain accurate records of all mail transactions
• Assist with clerical tasks as needed
• Ensure timely delivery of mail to the appropriate departments Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of office procedures and basic clerical tasks
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely
• Prior experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is a plus
• Good phone etiquette and communication skills
• Familiarity with proofreading documents for accuracy
