Role:
Performs duties under direct supervision of the Mailroom Supervisor ensuring smooth daily operations of incoming/outgoing mail and branch/department deliveries.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Makes daily mail pick from post office. Receives, sorts, logs and distributes USPS, FedEx, and other mail/package services, supplies and inter-office mail to all branches/locations. Ensures print jobs are properly completed and equipment is in good working order. Prepares outgoing mail and print jobs, operates postage meter and coordinates replenishment, operates folding/inserting machines, copiers and scanners. Performs light machine maintenance and reports issues to supervisor. Monitors mailroom supply levels and reorders as needed. Assists with supply room duties as requested. Peforms other job related duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:
Experience One month to twelve months of similar or related experience. Education A high school education or GED. Interpersonal Skills Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information. Other Skills Must have good time management skills and the ability to work independently. Physical Requirements Must have a valid FL driver's license and the ability to drive van/transport type vehicle. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
