Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Mailroom Clerk for a 3-month contract assignment in Lake Mary, FL. This role is ideal for an organized administrative professional who enjoys hands-on office support, mail processing, package tracking, and maintaining smooth daily operations in a professional banking and consumer lending environment. As a Mailroom Clerk, you will support employees by ensuring mail, packages, supplies, and basic print requests are handled accurately and on time. This opportunity offers steady business hours, a structured office setting, and the chance to work with a collaborative team that values reliability, communication, and service excellence. You will be part of an environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude help keep daily operations running efficiently. Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, sort, and distribute inbound mail, packages, and deliveries to appropriate departments or employees.
  • Process outgoing shipments using postage, shipping, scanning, and tracking systems.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and respond to employee inquiries regarding mail and package status.
  • Fulfill basic print and document requests while supporting copy room and office equipment needs.
  • Monitor and replenish paper, toner, and office supplies in mailroom and copy areas.
  • Maintain clean, organized service areas and assist with additional operational support tasks as assigned. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $18 per hour.
  • Schedule:
    Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., normal business hours.
  • Assignment Type:
    3-month temporary contract assignment.
