Operations Team Member - Full-Time Structured, Steady, Detail-Focused Work GO Pull-It operates a state-of-the-art, self-service auto recycling facility with a U-Pull yard. We are hiring a full-time Operations Team Member to support our growing business at our newest location in Tallahassee, opened December 2025. This position is ideal for someone who works best in a methodical, consistent, predictable environment, where tasks are clear, processes are defined, and accuracy matters. What You'll Do This role is hands-on, technical, and detail-driven. You will work within a highly organized system where tasks follow clear, repeatable steps.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing commodities for shipment Breaking down tires Depolluting and cleaning out vehicles using established procedures Operating equipment to move cars around the yard Completing tasks based on step-by-step instructions Maintaining a clean, orderly, and efficient work environment This is a routine, structured, and process-oriented position—not chaotic, not high-pressure, and not constantly changing. About GO Pull-It GO Pull-It is the premier self-serve auto parts (U-Pull-It) company in the Southeast, with locations in Jacksonville, Atlanta, and Gainesville, GA. Tallahassee is our newest addition and will open December 2025. We will begin reviewing applications immediately and conducting in-person interviews starting the first week of February . Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM No remote work.

Compensation Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
