Job Summary Student Assistants used primarily in Mail Services (Bobcat Card Office if needed) to process incoming/outgoing mail or create ID's/badges and perform office duties such as answering phones and running errands around campus. Responsibilities Process Packages

• 20 Process packages in package tracking system Retrieve Packages
• 20 Retrieve stored packages and lettered mail for students Costumer Service
• 20 Assist customers who visit the service window Phone Calls
• 20 Answer phone calls as requested Transport Documents
• 15 Pick up and deliver documents to other departments Other
• 5 Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Required Experience Current enrollment as a student at the institution; at least half-time status, which is 6 credit hours Ability to work a flexible schedule around class commitments Proposed Salary $10.
