Responsibilities Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail using RF scanners to ensure accuracy and efficiency Load and unload shipments safely, utilizing heavy lifting techniques and forklift operation when necessary Maintain organized filing systems for postal records, correspondence, and shipping documentation Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, verifying shipment contents against manifests Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts to move pallets and large packages securely Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing parcels for delivery or storage Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all handling, loading, and unloading procedures Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution or postal services with strong organizational skills Ability to operate RF scanners accurately for tracking shipments Forklift certification or experience with forklift operation is highly preferred Physical stamina for heavy lifting and repetitive movement throughout shifts Familiarity with shipping & receiving processes and warehouse best practices Excellent attention to detail for filing, sorting, and record keeping Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a well-organized postal operation.
