$17.50 - $20.50/hr (based on shift) About the Role A large, high‑volume mail processing and production facility in Aurora is seeking dependable Mail Sorters / Assembly Workers to support daily operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy fast‑paced work, staying active, and being part of a team that keeps nationwide mail moving. You'll work on the production floor sorting, scanning, assembling, and preparing mail and small packages for shipment. Key Responsibilities Sort mail and small parcels by zip code, size, and destination Operate basic mail‑sorting equipment (training provided) Inspect mail for correct labels, barcodes, and postage Identify unreadable barcodes and route items for reprocessing Clear simple machine jams to keep production lines moving Assemble, package, and prepare trays and mail bundles for dispatch Load/unload mail trays onto conveyors and sorting stations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all quality and safety guidelines Requirements Previous warehouse, production, or assembly experience helpful but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and positive attitude Ability to work overtime as needed Why Work With PeopleShare Competitive pay: $17.50-$20.50/hr depending on shift Weekly pay + benefits Multiple shifts to fit your schedule Opportunity for long‑term growth Supportive team environment Apply Now Start your next job with a company that values reliability, teamwork, and growth.
