We are looking for hardworking individuals ready to contribute to a growing team focused on building a brighter future. Shift Patterns 1st shift: 5:00am to Finish Shift lengths will vary based on mail volume, averaging between 6 to 10 hours Final schedule will be reviewed during orientation Pay Rates 17.00 USD hourly Must-have requirements for Mail Sorter Must be able to pass a background check Ability to pull up to 50 lb. bags off the chute hooks Ability to label correctly and place bags into a placarded box Desirable requirements for Mail Sorter Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to read labels clearly Ability to use a pallet jack (training provided) Detail-oriented to ensure proper placarding and labeling Ability to follow clear direction for consistent standard operating procedures Role for Mail Sorter Load, unload, and sort mail of various sizes Inspect mail and packages to ensure no items are damaged Maintain a clean and organized workspace Ensure all mail is processed efficiently and accurately Benefits for Mail Sorter Opportunity to work with a world-class logistics leader Professional development and training provided Stable work environment with a growing team Clear standard operating procedures to guide your daily tasks
