Overview Join our dynamic team as a Package Handler and become a vital part of our fast-paced warehouse operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling, organizing, and processing packages to ensure timely delivery and smooth distribution. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will help keep our logistics running seamlessly, supporting the company's commitment to excellence. Duties Load and unload packages using forklifts, RF scanners, and manual handling techniques to ensure safe and accurate movement of goods Organize packages within the warehouse, maintaining clear and accessible storage areas for efficient retrieval Operate RF (Radio Frequency) scanners to track inventory and update shipment records in real-time Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments against documentation and preparing items for dispatch Use organizational skills to file shipping records, manage inventory logs, and maintain accurate documentation of all package movements Conduct routine inspections of packages for damage or discrepancies during handling and report issues promptly Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with team members to meet daily operational goals Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory upon hire Experience with RF scanners or similar inventory management tools is advantageous Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment Capable of heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods during shifts Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures to ensure accurate processing of packages Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to supporting warehouse operations Join us as a Package Handler and help us deliver excellence every day!
