3rd shift - Sunday night to Thursday night. 9:30pm to 6am

Payrate:

$19.00/ hr. on w2 Onsite Role Only OT hours may be required

Job Requirements:

Metatarsal safety boots are required. Candidate must have metatarsals on day one. Will be on their feet the majority of the shift. HS diploma/equivalent required, but 2-year degree w/3-4 years' experience in similar role strongly preferred. Will be doing a lot of data entry, BOL clerks tasks, and support quality audits.

Critical skills required:

exceptional data entry speed/accuracy plus ability to stay focused and perform work for long periods of time. Acts as customer service for warehouse, be able to quickly navigate multiple computer systems. Must be self-motivated to help coworkers during lull times. Excellent customer service, communication and ability to work w/varying types of personalities is necessary. Must have an Administrative background and have experience in a warehouse/shipping office environment and familiarity w/shipping material, DOT regulations and relationship between the two. Manager does NOT want to see individuals who have all floor/warehouse/forklift/etc. experience; this person needs to have worked in an admin role. Will be working in Excel occasionally, but majority of work will be in Deere's mainframe/menu driven systems, SAP EWM. Experience w/inventory systems/tools/AS400 program extremely beneficial in this role; will be troubleshooting through inventory issues. Attention to detail, timeliness and excellent attendance are key as position is imperative in keeping operation running. Could be working at driver window doing BOL functions, helping production employees troubleshoot problems, and performing quality audits; would require worker to be on feet for most of the shift. Will train as backup to cover all duties of position in the department, including BOL, customs document creation, handling will-call window and responding to requests from warehouse supervisors and others w/in organization.
