Full Job Description Job Description:
The Role This position supports the centralized receipt of customer mail for Fidelity. The role leverages business partner requirements to receive, sort and deliver monetary and non-monetary items in Inbound Operations and across the Midwest campus. They also collect and prepare outbound packages for pick-up by external vendors. Accuracy and timeliness are important to meet all compliance and regulatory requirements.

The Expertise You Have 2-5 years of transaction processing experience within a professional, fast paced, corporate environment, preferably within Fidelity Investments The Skills You Bring Ability to complete assigned tasks both timely and accurately Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly motivated, self directed and an independent thinker Strong customer service skills Ability to complete work by prioritizing multiple tasks to meet tight time constraints Ability to navigate between multiple applications Flexibility / adaptive to change Ability to solve business related problems across functional and business lines Knowledge of Fidelity's applications and various Inbound applications Thorough understanding of Check and Stock acceptance rules, policies and procedures Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Outlook, Access database software, Internet Thorough understanding of the interrelationships between Inbound Operations, Fidelity business units and external deposit institutions Work experience in a risk controlled environment The Value You Deliver Opportunity to maintain and enhance the understanding of the value of Lifetime Client Engagement to Fidelity Consistent, knowledgeable measurement of the domain's performance and contribution to Fidelity's growth Role in developing multi-year plans, budgets, forecasts, and other ad hoc analyses that supports sound decision making for this unique enterprise level domain Working closely and collaboratively across PI and WI Finance The Team As a member of the team, you will sort incoming customer mail by zip 4 utilizing high speed equipment. Perform package reconciliation for all incoming overnight mail. Ensure timely completion of all customer requests and administrative duties. The base salary range for this position is $44,000-80,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
