Burlington, MA (Onsite) Responsibilities Open and sort customer remittances using an automated mail extractor according to client specifications and processing deadlines. Perform daily preventative maintenance on mail extraction equipment, including vacuuming the track, removing paper shred, and emptying envelope receptacles. Accurately open, sort, and balance customer remittances following bank and customer procedures. Meet or exceed productivity standards for mail opening and processing. Use an adding machine to balance multiple transactions ("multies") and attach add-tapes to each batch. Label and organize batches with the appropriate headers for downstream processing. Qualifications Prior lockbox, mailroom, banking operations, or data entry experience preferred but candidates with basic data entry and Excel skills can also be a fit . Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume, repetitive environment. Comfortable working with automated equipment and following structured procedures. Ability to meet strict deadlines and productivity standards. Basic math skills; experience with 10-key or adding machines preferred. Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite in Burlington, MA. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Burlington, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
