• Job Summary
• We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse & Mailroom Operations Associate to support daily logistics, mail handling, and package processing activities.

This role requires someone who is comfortable with physical work, able to follow instructions, and capable of handling a fast‑paced warehouse/mail center environment. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to lift and move heavy packages safely.

• Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, and deliver incoming packages and mail.

Process packages in the internal system using a computer. Pull tickets and ensure proper mail sorting and routing. Handle sticky labeling and hands‑on processing of materials. Perform general warehouse tasks including packaging, organizing, and loading. Assist with preparing packing slips and ensuring accurate documentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/mail center area. Support inventory movement and daily operational tasks as directed. Lift, carry, and move packages ranging from 25-50 lbs. Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Perform manual tasks requiring gloves and frequent hand use.

• Required Skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Comfortable performing physical labor in a warehouse environment. Basic computer skills for package processing. Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
