Fulfillment Specialist Full-Time | Onsite Grand Rapids, MI, US Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about serving a greater purpose through your work? As a Fulfillment Specialist , you ll play a critical role in ensuring resources reach individuals and communities around the world. You will support warehouse operations by accurately picking, packing, and shipping orders while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and service excellence. What You ll Do Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems (WMS), scanning tools, and packaging equipment. Perform quality checks to ensure orders are complete, accurate, and delivered on time. Package shipments in accordance with carrier and postal requirements, using proper materials and methods. Process shipments using shipping software, including selecting delivery methods and generating labels. Apply USPS and carrier regulations when preparing outgoing mail and packages. Adapt to changing processes, procedures, and operational needs in a fast-paced environment. Consistently meet or exceed established productivity and quality performance standards (KPIs). What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience, including WMS usage, preferred. Familiarity with shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx is preferred. Basic computer skills for data entry, communication, and label generation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately. Ability to learn and apply shipping rules, processes, and procedures. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and moving materials safely.
