Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Rural Carrier Associate, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers in rural communities. Duties Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and courier vans, following assigned routes efficiently. Load and unload packages using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or forklifts as needed, ensuring proper safety procedures. Deliver parcels to customers' doorsteps with professionalism and a friendly attitude, providing excellent customer service. Navigate route driving with precision, adhering to traffic laws and safety standards to ensure timely deliveries. Assist with warehouse tasks such as sorting, organizing, and preparing shipments for daily delivery routes. Perform heavy lifting and moving of packages of varying sizes and weights, maintaining safety protocols at all times. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and communication with supervisors regarding delivery status or issues. Experience Prior experience in delivery driving or courier services is highly preferred. Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on positive interactions and problem-solving. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks related to moving packages regularly. Pay:
$21.25 - $22.00 per hour
