Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Rural Carrier Associate. As a Rural Carrier Associate, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to rural and city areas. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent driving skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Duties:

• Drive designated routes to deliver mail and packages to rural areas
• Load and unload mail and packages from vehicles
• Ensure accurate sorting and distribution of mail and packages
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Collect outgoing mail and packages from customers
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
• Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws while operating vehicles

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Route driving experience is a plus

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to drive safely and navigate rural and city areas efficiently
• Physical stamina to load/unload mail and packages
