The Role:

Part-Time Fulfillment Associate. You'll ensure our customers nationwide have the products they need to move, train, and play. You'll add the little details that delight customers to ensure they enjoy our products and reward loyal community members (VIPs, subscribers) for supporting our company. You are the starting line for delivering on Movement Made Happy.

Responsibilities:

• Work across various platforms (Shopify, USPS, etc.) to ensure customer experience consistency and quality.
• Order management - support our customers' needs by managing the flow of orders through our systems that support offfield.com
• Report on inventory levels to larger teams to ensure on-time replenishment
• Package Orders with attention to the details and a personal touch.
• Deliver orders or arrange a pickup via USPS or UPS for delivery. Requirements for a Part-Time Fulfillment Associate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Critical thinker with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a smartphone
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
• Hourly
• Must Have a Valid Drivers License and Vehicle
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Moving and standing throughout the shift.
