As our Service Associate on the Onshore Corporate Operations Team, you will work collegially as a supportive member of a team to provide mail support to all company personnel. Maintain rapport and open effective communication. Demonstrate strong organizational and project skills. Demonstrate high levels of interest, energy, and enthusiasm to meet or exceed internal and external clients' expectations. Act with responsiveness, urgency, and professionalism in all matters. Key responsibilities In this role, you will: Receive, open, separate, and date stamp all incoming mail. Scan mail to appropriate department/person. Pickup and prepare outgoing mail. Ensure all mail is stamped and packaged for outgoing. Prepare express and overnight mail, including log receipt. Order office supplies (if applicable) Research and complete check deposits Research and resolve any potential problems Maintain up to date knowledge of: departmental systems, related technology, and policies and procedures Perform other duties, as assigned Our future colleague We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: High school graduate or equivalent Strong organizational skills Strong client relations skills Strong communication skills, verbal and written Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Knowledge of insurance specific systems and applications We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all these boxes.
