Rural Carrier Associate

Responsibilities Safely load, unload, and organize packages in box trucks or delivery vehicles equipped with manual transmissions. Drive route driving sequences using commercial driving skills, including operating box trucks and courier vehicles. Load and secure shipments using forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary, ensuring safe handling of heavy or bulky items. Deliver packages to customers' doorsteps with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and friendly service. Assist with moving or heavy lifting tasks when required to ensure proper delivery and placement of items. Follow established routes diligently, adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols during driving and delivery operations. Communicate effectively with customers, providing courteous service and resolving any delivery issues professionally. Experience Prior experience in customer service or warehouse environments is highly desirable. Proven commercial driving experience, especially with box trucks or similar vehicles. Familiarity with delivery driver roles, including route driving and load & unload procedures. Hands-on experience with heavy lifting, moving large items, or operating forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission vehicles preferred.
