Responsibilities Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and drivers, to complete assigned routes efficiently. Load and unload packages using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring secure handling of all items. Deliver packages to residential and business addresses with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction. Conduct route driving with attention to detail, verifying delivery addresses and maintaining accurate delivery records. Assist with heavy lifting and moving tasks when necessary to ensure smooth delivery operations. Maintain vehicle safety standards through regular inspections and adherence to traffic laws during driving shifts. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding route progress, delivery issues, or safety concerns. Requirements Proven experience in customer service, warehouse operations, or delivery driving preferred. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or driver certification highly desirable. Experience operating box trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely and efficiently. Strong driving skills with a clean driving record; familiarity with route driving is advantageous. Prior courier or delivery driver experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed.
