What You'll Do Safely operate an Amazon-branded E-Bike to deliver packages throughout Manhattan, NY . Use a handheld device for navigation and delivery updates. Work as part of a team, supporting fellow bikers to ensure timely deliveries. Handle packages up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs as needed. Provide exceptional customer service —our goal is to deliver smiles along with packages! What You Need Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the U.S. No driver's license required - our E-Bikes have assisted pedaling! Ability to work in various weather conditions. A team-player mentality with strong communication skills. Compensation & Benefits Paid training and paid overtime when needed. Health insurance (for full-time employees). 401(k) with matching . Paid time off . 5-day work weeks (minimum 4-hour shifts ). Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week .
